After getting married, i made it a point to go back my aunt's house once a week to stay over night. The purpose of it is to keep my mum, aunt, cousin and susu company and update me anything under the sky.

There is always this burden when I go home, which is time allocation for each and everyone of my dearest. Sometime I will spend more time with my cousin, some with my aunt and seldom with my mum because she is always engrossed in her HK drama.

Time after time I start to feel a bit disheartened to communicate with my mum because she will ask me don't disturb her and leave her alone. This time round, I prayed, asking God to open a way for me to start a conversation with her. After the prayer, i walked into the room, and as usual lie on her bed and company her while she fold the paper money to be burnt for CNY and watching drama at the same time. I was about to give up after 5mins when she started chatting with me like a friend. Sharing with me her pek chekness at work, funny and challenging stuff she encountered. At that time, her dvd player was having some prob playing her fav show and I was like, "THANK YOU LORD!!!" I knew it in my heart. God answered my prayer immediately and literally.

Although most of the time she was the one sharing her story but i really enjoyed the time with her. it was straight 2 hrs chat and I was still amazed and in awe with God's immediate answering of my prayer. Indeed, I had a fruitful time spent with my mum...=)

Somehow, God is telling me don't give up. This is a life long marathon...

And yup we 4 ladies did lao yu sheng together. it was pretty d.i.y. My mum bought it from her friend in Msia and I tell you, it was enough to feed 10 ppl. Look at that! Anyway it was totally yummy because it was a modified version (no raw fish, mostly crunchy colorful biscuits) And I feel loved every time she buys food for me because I know it's her way of showing me she loves me =D

Xiaoyu laoshi's 2012 bdae celebration!

Yesterday is my fav laoshi's bdae, and shaomei had a brilliant idea by coming up with personalised design cake for laoshi. Don't you think it looks like her? it's from icing room. ;)

This post is specially dedicated to you laoshi. I know u will read my blog so i'm gg to write a very touching post to you haha.

Reflecting back when I first joined SBC, that's when you officially came back from Msia church to serve SBC. That time i do not know you at all but there were already alot praises about you that you are a very nice teacher. Till now you still are and I'm very fortunate, honored and thankful that we have u in SBC. And i always consider you as my dearest...

10 years had passed. I never see you any day to be lacking the zeal for God. I always look up to you and your passion for God too. Your willingness to step out from a teacher to become servant for God is what I'm really impressed about.

Your care and concern is what i'm always thankful and grateful for. i always felt comforted whenever you ask me how's things are, which made me feel u care about me, and there are so many people in church that you have to care for and i can see you gave equally much attention n concern to them! I just felt very blessed!

Thank you for your never ending encouraging words and love, especially the year when Liam was in Cambodia...you and Pastor Lucy are like angels that God sent to care for me. I will never forget the movie dates we have on mondays!:)

Lastly, your patience for us...

You have so much good qualities that i cannot finish praising about but laoshi, i want to tell you, i really cherish you and I am very happy to have you as my counsellor, teacher, sister in Christ and friend! Wishing you a blessed 2012, yes, to live for Christ! May Lord grants you new strength for each day!

A miracle witnessed today.

Hello guys, I'm back! After a year of resting and sorting out my thoughts, it's time i start blogging again. The purpose of blogging this time is very different. My main reason is to recorded every single blessing i experienced from God as I'm a very short term memory person. Plus as it approaches the end of 2012 i will always be amazed how much God has blessed me every single sec of my life, and also learn to give thanks in times of difficulty n trouble.

Today, as usual i was called into my boss room together with my manager. we thought it's gg to be a briefing on our weekly task. However, she said it's nothing about work but personal. she wanted us to come together and pray for a friend we know whose baby is gg for an operation to create a gap for the skull so that the brain has room for growth. The baby developed his skull too fast and thus the brain has no more room to grow. it was going to be a 4 hours operation and our friend was worried his baby couldn't take the trauma.

So, after knowing the background story, we started to pray. At that moment, it was very peaceful and we felt God's with us n our friend's family. Like my title suggested, we received good news! The operation was successful! Some people may brush it aside saying, maybe the doc is good or the baby is lucky. I personally do not believe in luck because I know everything happens for a reason, and God is behind all these. For a greater purpose. I had been through difficult times during 2009-2010 thus I can say it is only thru difficult times that people know they are mere humans and they have their limitations on certain things, and learnt to be humble. Managers, people high up the status are also willing to put down their status n come together to pray during these times.

It is too much luck if some people still want to put it that way. Nevertheless i thank God that the baby is safe ;)

When we put Him as our priority, He gave our desire to us....more than we deserve or can react to..

God is good.

This wedding,our primary objective is to show how God loves us, mould us to let us become of what n who we are today, and finally together. Throughout the whole wedding can say mostly are d.i.y stuff..i reali dun trust bridal shops with standard package n doesn't meet my objective. My aim is to maximise the resources i have and still meet my expectation..from my gown n grooms suit, bro n sister dressing to deco and many more...since Dar is not working for past one year. . have been busy sourcing, looking for design etc.. andl i see how God gave us many more n we do not have to worry at all for our wedding. Alot of young couples nowadays are worried about cash poor but we do not have to. And this come from dar's grandma's prayer. She is so worried like many other ppl how would dar survive without working for one year. and i can tell u, when we first seek God's kingdom, many more will be added upon u...

He also gave dar a car to drive when he needed most to run wedding errands. And this come from dar's grandma's prayer too. The power of prayer. Liam always told grandma... "神最爱听老人祷告了。因为那是最真诚和直接的" =D

We do not view it as a coincidence or just so happen. Becuz we believe, by faith, with prayer n action, God shows us his greatness n abundant blessings.

Definitely, we have so many challenges n hurdles to overcome before this wedding is completed.

And time is running out n dar has no time to think of storyboard..n while we were fretting, God sent us an angel called Peiyi to ask if we need help. we really heave a sigh of relief that someone know us very well are taking over this project!!! In the end, peiyi says she outsource to her sis cuz she too busy...n im reali grateful Liyi helped us amidst her busy schedule!

Marching in is a very holy n scared wedding ceremonial part. in the end thru patience n love i show to her, and in God's time, she accepted that I march in myself. I really love her n have put the point straight, i honor u not thru this, this is my wedding and i will choose to march in alone. God knows what i want, support !!

If this wedding is to please human, we will never be satisfied or meet their expectation, but becuz our objective is clear, which is to honor God, till now i do not feel a sense of loss when the wedding is over. =)

i simply dig my sunflower theme, a day before still worried if will be overtly exp n yet not outstanding...but when i see the reception table, the gallery, the hall the buffet table all filled with sunflowers, i was overjoyed.

Alot ppl said the bride will go on a crazy diet just to slim down n look chio on wedding day. to me i also planned dat..but so many things to do that i abandon the idea. my dream of hitting 49kg become far n far away. At same time i dun wan trouble qilei's mum if i slim down she need alter again. okok i noe excuse HAHAHAHA. but i dun look fat on wedding day rite? =x God's miracle. Yesterday is 过大礼...so a few days beforehand, my susu had a spring cleaning for his house..for those who dunno..i actually stayed at my aunt n susu house tog with my mum..=)

the house become so sparkling clean that my mum commented she almost tot she stepped in the wrong house one day..my aunt commented as if it's my susu marrying off her own daughter..k la i am his daughter also wat..hor ah hui...=x dun jealous la.. yr turn soon..muhahhahahaha...

ok, my 媒人arrived liao...together with his wife...=)))

My mum actually looked very happy. AHHA..she actually confessed she dunno all these stuff de..to me good..then she will demand lesser things..less hassle for us..HAHAHA..not bad hor..the arrangement done by dar..compared to his initial arrangement totally cannot see the pig leg cans lor. lol.

ok later my aunt clarify she redeem is for actual day so the brothers and sisters got something to eat after gate crashing. LOL. k perhaps i buy her bengawan solo kueh one of these days..can tell she really like.

Meaningful 4 days in Cambodia.

Hello peeps..these 4 days, basically the objective for mum is to understand what dar is doing for the past one year. n my objective is to know rohaam n joey, n to noe xroad people. whereas qiqi is extras. ahah no la his objective is to go n experience the ministry there...

Day 1
found some very vintage chairs at xroad..miss the old days..wooden chairs..wooden tables..where we use liquid paper to do grafitti on the table top. =x

qiqi looks very pretty here. i doubt i do a prettier pose than her. ahem. him. even mum says if he is a girl will be very pretty. woe be unto u le peipei. heng arh. ahhahaha.

mum will give her best pose with any props that come to place. good. this show she is enjoying herself.

was very encouraged to see qiqi making initiatives to talk to xroad boys...future missionary!!!

after lunch, dar made me go play with joey. initially i find this arrangement a bit awkward cuz i du reali noe this girl. but immediately we become good friends..her mission is to teach me how to do origami. when dar was in cambodia, dar has to play with her n fold alot origami..so dar told joey must teach me when i go cambodia..to be more lady like. zzzz.

Finally we reached the famous tourist landmark. The Royal Palace. heard that it cost US10 to enter so we decide not to go in. anyway nothing to see also. so we decide to take a pic to show we are here!!!

Dar brought us to the river side whereby there's many countries' flags being raised up...Mum was very excited when she located Singapore flag.

At the river, we saw some boats with people living on it...condition not very good. let alone hygiene. hope government will become stronger n wealtier,so they can support the less fortunate.

Every now n den will see dogs on the streets. either those super clean n owned by people if not those really dusty n nvr bathe for years. some cross breed to max until a maltese looks super scary. by rite maltese should look a bit toy size n cutesy..but i saw this maltese which has tall n long legs. totally wrong. =((

ok la i can't help but to luff n this dog. short n fat. like me. hahah

See qi at far end of the road?? he always have prob catching up with us. scary cat. one thing about cambodia traffic. u cannot hesitate or slow..the vehicle will slow down if u walk across confidently. not 'ai mai ai mai' dat kind. sure kena lang ga one. lol.

dropped by a wet market n tried out their local dessert~~ i think i'm too sweet n yummy for qiqi to resist. =DD

We popped in a shopping centre and i was super delighted to see a yogurt ice cream parlor.. so happi!!! made liam eat with me. whom super hate sour stuff. haahz.

AT 730pm, we all gathered to have fellowship with the boys n girls. fyi, they have fellowship every single day except weekends. WAO.

Day2

It was very encouraging to see mum being part of helping to prepare the food...like involve in the ministry too=))

As usual, after lunch, we went upstairs to have our interaction with Rohaam and Joey. This time round Joey teaches me how to do split. that is the max i can go. T_T

After our lunch, dar brought us to his frequent places when he was in Cambodia..one of the place is a second hand bookstore.
This is where i found 'The Book Of Mormons' and books that explain false teachings..wao just in time for our lesson that will be researching on several extremies group against christianity on sat in church.

As we came out of the bookstore, i noticed this swing..thus as usual, we decide to take pic with swing!!! after my unglam pic of falling down from xroad swing.

We dropped by this cafe called Brown Cafe and immediately i got very excited because got my fav cookies muffins n frappucino..yum yum..so we ordered ALOT.

After our short break at the cafe, we continue with our journey to next shopping desination..through out whole trip, i have to hold on to dar's mum so she will keep up with our pace and to keep her safe.

We reached a shopping centre called City Mall but there was nothing much we could shop. like literally lucky plaza at orchard...and very quiet.

After that, dar brought us to The Pizza Company to have our dinner..
Qiqi drew a happy face for him using ketchup.

The pizza is stuffed with thick layers of bacon at its crust.
anyway i was astonished to see qiqi scrapping off the bacon fats while eating it. gross. i tot oni girls like me will do it.

After the sumptous dinner, we decide to take a tutu back as it was still raining..finally no more walking....poor us..whole trip keep walking.

After dinner, me went back xroad to join in the brother and sister gathering..usually friday they have seperate gathering..so as to have closer bonding with their brothers n sisters..

After the much violent game...they decide to have a quieter n more 'meaningful' game which is to write encouragment words 'behind people's back'

Day 3.

Had breakfast at Jacob's well cafe. a cafe managed by a christian owner. he doesn't operate on sunday morning so he n his workers can attend service. =))

After breakfast as usual head back xroad to interact with joey n rohaam...
qiqi's future. dar says he is like looking at himself when he is in cambodia.

After awhile we head to russian market, chatuchat alike market to shop...with free rides from xroad students~~! mum was dead scared. LOL. she kept nagging at SamOL. lol.

fell sick today. didn't know it was food poisoning. just know stomach upside down, alot air in bod n joints aching.
Mum gave me massage while we resting at Russian market while others doing their shopping=p

My caring dar, knowing my appettite was spoilt becuz i was sick, brought us to Thai resturant after we finished shopping at Russian market. He knew i luv thai food and immediately my stomach feels better when i see the thai menu. =p ate alot n felt better. =x

One random day Baoli asked me to accompany her to NDP preview, thinking i will reject hr. but i excited say YES!!!! cuz her younger bro was involved in NDP parade n was given 2 tix.. i have been wanting to go.be it a review or actual..never been to 1 bfore n i know the atmosphere live is never the same when u watch on tv.which i skipped live telecast every year cuz there is no atmosphere at all..

So i am very looking forward n she told me must even wear white n red..gosh...i am officially a betrayer to my mother country..=x=

well felt that God gave me a wonderful present after so much ordeal has happened recently..tis kind of event nvr fail to brighten up my mood...n i get to go with baoli, my BBF!! wow we knew each other for 12yrs n this i the 1st time we been to this kind of ra ra event..she can be wild also ..good my future concert khaki=))

at the back of the ticket, it even includes a map so we won't get lost..i tell u..it's can get very big n confusing..with so much human traffic...

I actually bought breadtalk thinking i will be starving but never did i noe inside the NDP goodie bag there is 2 packets of khong guan biscits n 2 sunshine cream rolls(yucks..the cream is inedible i tell u. the cream actually look neon color...=.=)

I did quite a couple of tattoos on my hands.. tank, sonic jet, NDP logo...haha.so fun!! no wonder i can't find NDP tattoos. only exclusive in their goodie bags. *pout lips.

We were quite well prepared..luckily got our sunglasses when the sun is seting down, my eyes almost go blind. the irritating uncle beside me isn't so lucky..he has to use the smiley lion fan t shield himself from the glaring sun ray. haha.

The show starts early...around 5plus instead of scheduled 630pm. heng sia..me n baoli kia su..reach around 4plus. =x u wn't regret by reaching early..cuz u see..u will take some time to settle down, explore the goodie bag n do funny n lame tattoos u have not been doin since yr kindergarten years. haha. me n baoli getting very excited=D

The marching of different uniform groups is always a fav part in the NDP for me..it showcase how discipline used to me back in NPCC days in sec sch..cannot move an inch even my face is itchy or sweat is dripping down..wah tolerance must b damn high sia.
Anyway when the army boys mach out, it garnered the mso scream from me n the crowd cuz they stood out like a shining sword, so suave n cool!! =p

Was quite apprehensive to use the NDP toilet initially...wait till i open the cubicle door.

I was very impressed with the condition of the toilet cubicle. Lighted, sanitiser for the toilet seat, fan, sufficient toilet paper and dry. Heaven. i was thinking that NDP make shift toilets usually cmi to max, like kopitiam super smelly n oily. but to my amazement, it is odour free!!!

Everyone were cheering when the commandos made their way down in their parachute. I wish i had a chance to see Dar doing that. he would look damn cool n i would be so proud of him =x

The 5 stars arising!

Although we see it every year on tv, it will never be the same when u see it live at the venue itself..experiencing high sonic wave produced from these fast moving jets.

The tanks garnered the most cheering and exciting screaming when they made their entrance. All looked very clean n clear of mud. of cuz have to showcase the best side of SAF ma. S'pore pride leh.haha =x

This year goodie bag for those who attend the parade~~! it comes in 7 design n i got this which i deem the most colorful n cheerful design, which depicts my personality also. HAHA.

As i never been to any NDP before, so i do not know whether to classify this year goodie bag as good or bad. Anyway as a 1st timer i was actually impressed with the amount of stuff it contains inside!!! there are 3 bottles of water which i finished during the parade n discarded so u didnt see in the pic. plus 1 packet of crysanthenum tea from Yeo's. the official beverage sponsor this year.

For the past 6 years, i have been relying on this Mr bike for all the tedious trips i need to make to my work place, schools and church n home...

After Dar decided to sell his bike away for greater purpose which is, to assure his mum that he will not get into any trouble by riding a bike. Biking is highly dangerous. and i have witness many many bike accident when i was riding a bike, in a cab on bus or even walking along the road..either those already happen or just happen right in front of my eyes =x= like more than 10 when liam is not around.

It has been a faithful experience with God for this 6 years when we ride the bike. I have Never gotten into any accident. Still rmb there is this time where we both fell asleep on the bike after a hiking trip to pulau ubin!!! dar suddenly fell his bike swerve to a side abruptly which woke him up. Reali is God's grace. =p

Dar would have more experience to share during his weekly update ba..on our very 1st ride 6 years ago, when he ride me to Plaza Sing, we were gg down slope in the car park when he needs to stop in middle of the slope cuz waiting to exit, this brake cuz his bike to fall to the side n i was in trauma. =( den there is a bike behind us exactly the same bike as his quickly run up to our assistance. An angel from God=D

There are times where the bike slip n fell during rainy days but dar was not seriously hurt only scratches on skin. i thank Mr bike for that n thank God for ultimate protection.

for those who want to own a bike, if u can afford car of cuz car la..bike is reali convenient but u nvr know which gun doo one day just crash into u even though u may be 100% safe rider. yup.

So, dar's bike is sold..we got a new owner for Mr bike le.. Sad n happy..no more comfy. back to mrt-bus-bus-mrt.

7th Jul 2009 - Liam departs to Cambodia for mission trip
14th Jul 2009 - Back for 1 week and found out his dad in serious credit card debt
21st Jul 2009 - I assured Liam to carry on with his work oversea while i stay with his parents and monitor them
21st Jul - 9th Feb 2010 - Love hate r/s with his dad n mum. Dad always made himself very drunk every single day or incur more debt by borrowing from frens
9th feb - 3rd mar - Liam flew back 1 month, i am Busy with wedding prep, don't reali have time to accompany 2 old folks
3rd mar - 29th mar - ups and downs with liam's parents, on 29th mar, found out liam's dad spent all his salary b4 i can withdraw for repayment of credit card debt. shouted n screamed at him
30th mar -12apr - cold war with liam's dad
Mid may - quarrel with liam and made me realise i need to let go of my worry about $$ issue n lean on God for guidance n strength.

Mid June - God calls liam's dad home

Liam's cousin told me about how liam's parents grumble behind me n liam last time that we are not filial and i am bad influence to liam cuz liam listen to watever i say and nvr talk to them. i felt bad n teared inside my heart but I am not ashamed to admit. Yes. that was what it happen 6 years ago when me n liam were together. we were nvr good testimony to his parents. God is really amazed. i have been praying for liam and his parents to b able to communicate all along, to show God's love with them instead of preaching to them. 生命影响生命。 God has been gracious to me, giving me chance to make up to liam's dad before he was called home by God during this whole 1 yr.

So instead of letting thing/miracle happen in a blink of eye/instant which alot non believers always want to see, God sent Liam to Cambodia to serve in His ministry so i will be facing his parents directly.

This one year, Liam has been calling his dad almost everyday to chit chat, send dad to work when he back in Feb 10. All this quality time is non existence for past 6 years.

1 week before dad's departure, liam's sis took 1 week leave to rest and accompany dad n mum. liam's dad got to enjoy sis's company, grandson and son in law love. alot ppl say it's 'heng ah',还好 or 好采 liam sis do dat。 Nothing happen by 'chance' or 'pure luck'. Do u wish to live a life which such uncertain gamble? I am glad, when liam's dad departs, i am able to shower him with love from daughter in law EVEN THOUGH i am not legally married to liam yet.

i am not preaching n i do not wish to force any idea upon u. i am not a christian in name only. i wan to be a believer of Christ. i dun earn points in order to go heaven or look good in front of God. There's not point doing all these sharing n testimony if it is not real and good.

I still missed dad, he told me i am like his own daughter le and i am touched to hear dat. i only start to love him and he already departs. but,I am happy for him, cuz he will be with God and no more $$ prob, family worries or alcoholic addiction. so dad was called home after 30yrs of alcoholism and done serving on earth. 因为神知道，人不可以自救。If doing good deeds can make up for it. How many good deeds? benchmark?

She has departed on 25th June 2010, ending her misery under the tubes of agony. To join Grandpa, to me i believe Heaven.

All these years she has been slogging like mule in Msia, selling prawn noodle, carrying heavy pot of soups and cooking noodle and serving customers. she sells because Grandpa wants her to. so got money. She is living in a World that constantly have to 看家人脸色。。。she never really 真正快乐过。 She has so many grand children, but I never see her really smile from her bottom of her heart. Yet i can't do much to help.

I'm not really filial, not even close to what a granddaughter should be. I am only doing minimal. and i am ashamed of myself. I admit after when i grew up, i felt distant from her. Even when she is in hospital, i seldom visit her. I dun wan any excuse from anybody in favor of me. i want to be frank with God. I am lazy, and i dun really care about Grandma. So now she is gone, i do not deserve to cry. Those who are really heart broken are my aunts and uncles. What hurts me is my aunt and those loved one, heart pain n sorrowful. Now gg to be embroiled in another big family war. Pls, she has already gone home, can stop all the nonsense already?

Yea, just came back from ktv with JC n frens. $8 ktv from kbox to cele their 8th anniversay!! i swore i wi go everyday if i am free and have khakis =DDD

I told fei we should go running once a week, to b disciplined. so far we have run for 2 weeks. =X dunno how long it will last. Her house there got a super biggie field. we wonder how long is the dist. When dar back ask him measure with his scooter's distance counter.

Oh one day on my way to work, as usual i was walking across the basketball field near dar's house to bus stop. From not far i saw a big black dog strolling n sniffing the floor on top of the basketball audience stairs. I was like zzZZZ. wah sian, i need to climb up stairs to get to bus stop. budden dunno the dog will charge towards me. Thinking maybe i not so suay so i try to keep an eye on that dog while i cimb up the stairs. KNS. it saw me, by right it is moving away from me liao, but it decide to change its direction after seeing me =( so it starts to move towards me at a speed that i thought is threatening =.=''' At this moment, an encounter with a ferocious dog 5 years ago flash back into my head. that time i was on my way to school, same scenario was waking across the basketba field when suddeny a brown dog charged towards me barking angrily. i froze on the spot. i was looking around to see if it's somebody else dog but no one was around. in split sec, i raise up my SUPER THICK hard cover accounting I book with 2 hands preparing to attack, along with a super deep loud growl back at the dog. i think the dog was stunned, den later some random indian guy was shouting for the dog to go back or wat la. zzzz ok back to this black dog, actually i already saw a school boy in front of me walking with his earphone on. actually i deliberate walk behind him although our route different. seeing the dog moving at a alarming speed towards me, i cant help but to freak out and let out a loud "EXCUSE ME!!!" to catch the attention of the boy hoping it will help me. the dog at this time lose interest in me n went to another place, leaving me dumb and the boy turned back tot i siao4. den i sheepishly mumble to him dere's a dog behind but he doesnt seem to care. kns.

Recently lei lei told me she got me a box of fruits from Taiwan. i was like =.=???

Oh actually wanted to blog about last week Vesak day how i spend it. Usually ppl will go out shop la will chill with frens. but i decide to take a step forward to accompany liam's parents for a day. liam's mum was pretty happy cuz she woke up at 9am...but i slept till 11 plus...had a very nice n yummy lunch with them. i think dar will be jealous. ya the famous blk 19/20/22 cannot rmb the blk claypot bak gu teh at his nearby house. wah the business good until i order certain side dish all finish liao..no peanuts, no you tiao, no salted vege...half way eating, were distracted by this bird below...till now i dunno wat kind of bird it was. liam's mum keep feeding it with bak gut..wah exp food. ok la left over de so fine. but imagine bird eat pork =3=

I actually saw the bird gobble down the whole piece of bak gut n it was going thru its gullet and form an odd shape when it pass thru.. i chided liam'smum dun feed later it kena choke. she told me the bird poor thing, it is pregnant. wah how to tell???! just becuz it is desperate n flew to coffee shop so ppl can feed it?? =.=

after our lunch liam's dad actually told me liam's grandma loves this bak gut teh also but usually he seldom buy cuz after buy need pia cab down to clementi care centre for her to eat before it turns cold. noting this concern i told him dun wory this time liam will foot for the food n cab fare. let grandma enjoy a happy meal on holiday other than care centre food =D can tell dad is happy to hear that too.

N today 3rd jun 2010 is my susu/aunt's husband bdae!! my cousin secretly tell me in case i 'scold' her for not informing me again =p so bought a cake n give him a bdae surprise when he was already sleeping...hahahah aunt made him wear his shirt before taking pic.

He keep saying he nvr cele bdae, cut cake bla bla..but he must b damn happy la..or shy. LOL. ok la..my aunt is the one benefiting from the choco cake. her fav ma. to compensate her for forgetting her bdae. Cele bdae with loved one really feel diff..can b simple but sweet n heart warming =D

Btw, i am able to blog all thanks to Dinxin, Liam's responsible brother. He has to redeem himself for not able to be brother for / attend our wedding by helping liam to fix his com. Liam's com has been siao siao/eccentric nowadays. So i have difficulty uploading photo on blog.

Liam's com keep hanging or restarting 10 over times until i pek chek. SO i sms Dinxin for SOS. No reply until 24th may Tuesday. Initially i was quite irritated with him!! he said he will reply sms when he change hp. so now no excuse for skipping people's sms!! But xiaoyu laoshi reminded me he is working on shift so may not notice my sms till next day. True enough, he sms/call me n ask what happen, n offer to come down n service the com too!!

So what he did when he reach was to on the com, let it run and access to those black screen part and type some unfathomable codes, afterwards he open up the cpu case carefully as if it is very fragile, remove the ram card, blow it one by one
*i was like scratch head, he say clean dust away.i was like OOOoooooOOh.. den he is like very carefully clean the cooler fan with tissue, wah the whole fan cluttered with thick dust. He says that it may be the prob that leads to com hanged. Fan cannot cool cpu down so cpu will shut down to prevent over heating. wah seeing the way he cleans the fan, really very delicately n seriously. if for me or shaoyun, we already broke the cooler fan while trying to clean the cpu liao. He also clean up the desktop unsued icon, installed lava soft adaware to speed up the whole cpu performance. THANK U DINXIN! treat u prata one day =D *with liam money =3=

Okie, sometime back, i went to view Toa pa yoh methodist church where i may be holding my wedding together with qilei n kevin. =))

so pretty T_T but freaky exp!! $2600 for a few hrs rental. no discount for missionary like liam also *pout lips. some more they just renovate sure will need to recup their investment. i need to clarify to those whom i made them worried. Liam DID set side an amount to rent the church that i desire...wooden bench and tinted glass. y i say we facing cashflow prob now is cuz most of his funds in investment, locked n cant withdraw now. yet need to pay deposit of $800 in june/july period for church rental and $1000 for hdb fee. Need borrow from loan shark first liao =X. unless got kind loan shark with 0% interest =) then i will consider.

Ok back to main topic. wat happen between me n liam. In short, he says recently he notice i complain a bit too much n overboard and i shud learn to pray before i want to rant. And to give thanks to God cuz everything happen for a reason. initially i am really upset. cuz i tot i have learnt not to anyhow rant to people or on blog other than him n fei these few months. N i feel it's very superficial if something happens and u r reali pek chek, u sure won't straight away give thanks. some more i'm a girl ma..i will tend to let emotion rule over me. But wat liam hope to see in me is: if angry => rant to God => pray and calm down => give thanks for what happen then share with people ard me. but what i am doing is rant everything to him!

Not that i dunno what he means, but when women are angry/pek chek or upset, all they need is a LISTENING EAR. not that they dunno how to handle, they just want to vent their frustration. That's all. For me, it seems like, blog i cannot rant cuz will mislead the readers who follow my blog, i dun want to rant to God cuz it is disrespectful and i wil have mind full of vulgarities swimming ard!! Now my loved one and best friend cannot rant, i am equal to an captive or prisoner!

i know i am an easily stress girl. i dun like to give promises and i am scared i cannot keep up to it. Such as arranging appt in advance and canceling last min to face consequences, cuz i noe i sure got something crop up n later the other party sure bue song i cancel appt then i will also bue song that party cuz not i want also!!! Or promise my loved one to do something later forgot/never do then pek chek with myself. But i am trying to improve,and it is really very challenging. Esp when all things come like a gigantic wave to me.

SO sometime i cant help but to feel sacarstic towards dar's environment n mine now. He always takes thing slow n steady maybe with his character and personality plus he is a guy so he sees everything as big pic, but to me it is impossible at such a fast pace environment. n i feel sometime he doesn't seem to understand me le. or he doesnt know that when women rant, they just need to let out air. after that they will feel better. I believe God designs women n men in different ways; we are wired differently and function differently. that made us perfect when we come together as one when we married .

SO recently when i rant abt his family to him, instead of him coaxing me or pacifying me, he start to qns me perhaps i shud start to reflect n not erupt instantly as he notices my ranting is escalating at a alarming rate. N i have been very -ve most of the time in my words n thoughts. THAT MOMENT, i felt so hurt. it was like, hey of cuz u can say that, i'm kena-ing all the shit, n still ask me to react normally???Isn't he asking too much or being a bit cruel on the timeline for me to become better? i feel like a project to him, like a timeline till august when he back i will b a ideal wife to him.

So last few days i reali sian diao. ok fine, since my loved one also sick of me ranting liao, i might as well whatever happen i just rant to random ppl/ or even worse just dun put any emotion to whatever bad things come to me. it is also equal to no reaction. i dun wan to self pity, so i decide not to put effort n emotion to anything bad or unpleasant that is coming my way.

I start to b cheerful again when i chat with him on msn, i know he also feel weird ba. Of cuz ma, it is so superficial. arrrggh. but to me at least just avoid the qns first since i also cannot overnight become rant-less girl. Unless i become a guy.

I really love Dar, i dun want to hurt him and every-time i hurt him it is always the words i used, i reali pek chek with myself too. But it seems frustrating that he didn't see i am trying hard amidst all the nitty gritty problems are coming my way. He dun get the point of how a girl's world of emotion is when she faces pressure or stress.Every-time i grumble to him about his family, i have only 2 clear objectives: 1st is to tell him straight forward that the unseen ugly side of his family members and it horrifies me cuz i am facing it without him around. 2ndly is to let him know that i am still trying to give myself a chance to know them more although i may dislikes certain ways they deal or say things. And to show him that God is the master control of all these things. i know God let EVERY single thing happen for a reason. which is to mould me n pull our r/s closer to HIM. But i also did realise i was too overboard when my 1st objective outweighs the 2nd objective recently. It also upsets dar that he keep hearing the -ve part about his family n yet he has to find ways to encourage me and cheer me up when i got carried away n rant non stop.

I also understand that it is not easy for him to give up prestige job such as commando, high pay high dignity n pride to become a salary-less and stranger in a foreign land to serve God's ministry. I am really proud of him but i seldom say cuz i find it awkward to praise him since we so close =x. So i am also coping here with God's strength and friend's support to live life to the fullest too. to be his back end support.

I think God also 看不下去that we have to cold war while actually things can b clarified n misunderstandings will be cleared. SO HE sent 3 angels to speak to liam abt me, as a woman. So liam afterwards apologized. to b frank, i was very happy =p not that i won the argument, but he finally understands!!! like finally!!!

Hee, so now he tells me he will b my venting machines once more cuz he wants to, haha, budden i decide i will filter MORE when i talk to him next time. I will share with him the blessings i see amidst all those unhappy incidents so he does not have to worry abt me coping with his stuff in spore =)

In conclusion, we are a happy couple now and i throw away the thoughts of removing our wedding pic from fb n blog le. haha =X

After successfully finish watching Taiwanese dramas 海派甜心n 败犬女王...i lag like dunno for how long before i start to have the motivation of go after dramas again.Seriously, it's tiring and energy sapping cuz u would want to watch all 21 episodes in 1 day hahaha.

Frankly speaking, i'm not a drama person. So u dun see myself glued to TV all the time. I don't even on the tv for like very long until i have problem navigating channels with the remote control when i went back my house in Yishun. My aunt has the unbelievable look on her face when i press volume instead of channel when she requested change of channel for her =X

I have been hearing good comments about this drama called Autumn's Concerto 下一站幸福。 That time when i hear about it den i realised Vanesse Wu(formal F4) is the main lead, i have no interest at all ahhaha..But last week i was really bored so i decide to give this drama a try anyway. And I WAS GLUED to PC screen throughout the whole episode 1. it was really a fresh change from usual lovey dovey drama series as this encompasses how the couple become husband n wife and even talk about their family life.

I find it pretty similar to the life that i am heading into right now, a marriage life...so when i see the mtv and the images from website about this drama, with the cute little boy 小小彬 as their child, i'm actually inspired to start have a child before 30 years old. =p hopefully it's not on impulse haha.

But as i watch from epi 2 onwards, i was pretty disturbed and uncomfortable by the plot about how the female lead is having sexually harassed by her step father. Because it sorta happened to me and i have really unhappy memories about it.I have shared with some of my friends about it so shall not elaborate here...

Anyway highly recommended!!!

My crazy neighbor

Paiseh ppl have been slacking n not blogging.

Nevertheless alot happening things but too lazy to tell. Recently my yishun home next door neighbor is getting a little crazy n unstable.

From sweeping my aunt n family with broom to spitting on her, splashing oil from kitchen window to ours, and deliberating sunning her undies in our kitchen window direction.

Conclusion: she is getting a little bored and needs attention.

She even terrorize the same floor neighbor by scolding her for washing the floor too much and all the filthy water flow to her side. that neighbor from then onwards nvr wash floor liao. HAHA good also save water bill n cure her 洁癖. The crazy neighbor even spit into her altar for putting incense de. now that auntie dun dare to bai bai liao.

We super cannot tahan her till we fix cctv camera outside our home den she complain to town council. the town council also super cannot make it. says we will b charged for doing that. for their infor, we did not do anything to invade other neighbor's privacy, we are just safe guarding our interest.

One day should report her to NEW PAPER. heard new paper super efficient in interrogate ppl.

For those who dunno, im gg to have a mini photo gallery on my wedding day. But the fixture will be d.i.y to make it more personal and suit my theme...

On courtesy of Amber n Nic her husband, who helped me scout for the display materials n bought it. to the extent Nic has to take leave to receive the boards....gam xia!!!

on 3 April, Just so happen Amber's father in law is coming her house to fix bathroom mirror, she says it's an opportunity to ask him help fixing my gallery.

Our task is to fix all 12 hinges onto the board to make it into a display stand...

Once Amber's father in law arrives, we seek his professional advice before embarking on the fixing of my galery display for my wedding...

I super sux at D.I.Y stuff espt hings that requires strength.
Seeing Amber's FIL fixing the hiinges with 4 nails in less than 2min, i tell myself, there's nothing difficult n challenging wat..seem easy..so i start trying...

kaoz..i cannot imagine myself taking 15min just to get one nail into the board. some more it becomes crooked and even harder to screw it in. = =

In the process, me and Amber spoilt 2 nails..and we told ourselves to stop cuz don;t have spare nails..Home Fx very mao1 one, give exact number of nails.
Left one is the spoilt one, due to over twisting n turning by me n amber ahahha..right side is the original appearance of it. =X

Luckily Amber's father-in-law brought his whole tool bag, so there are some spare nails so we start digging to replace those me and Amber spoiled.

After much struggles, we decided to give up and beg for SOS.
Nicholas's dad finished fixing each hinge in less than 2min. = = me and Amber took like 35min per hinge. Super inefficient n waste of effort..

Completed, and it stands firmly on the ground!!!

Day 6 - Osaka to Home sweet home(super high n seh day)

Sin told us the night before we need to wake up at 6am to get ready by 7am as our aim is to reach airport at 9am.

ahha..our room is still in a mess when we woke up..

But was very glad we need not arrange the bed haha..

My bags all ready to go.

Left the hotel n waiting at the train station to board the train to change to express train to airport. by the time i think already 8am.

The train came at 8plus...
me n baoli's luggages really kua zhang lor..so big!!!

As compared to us, fei n sin's luggages look like dwarfs.

We are supposed to change to another train when we alight from previous train..but we start to worry when the train we are waiting for didn't show up on the electronic signboard. for a moment we thought we alight at the wrong station. we start to panic already because we looked at our watch it is already 850am n we are still not on the express train!! we are supposed to reach airport at 9am!!!

Sin saw a train conductor at platform n asked her if we are at correct station n when will the train arrives. the person clarified with us we are indeed on the correct station but the train will arrive at 910am!!!! wat duh!!! the train comes at certain interval n we missed our earlier one!! shito!
For the past 20mins we are like worrying freaks..thinking wat if we miss the plane???! *horrified. sleeping on streets/sleeping at airport all sort of thoughts come to our mind.

it's only when the train arrive...Wa ..so relieved to be on the express train to airport!! after waiting for like 20mins with panic n shivering with cold at the station.

I immediately called liam from spore n asked him to go internet n get me some impt numbers..OSaka airport mainline n SIA counter number at Osaka airport. Main thing is to inform the counter ppl we were on our way, running late..

Liam got me the number in less than 5min n i immediately passed to Sin. i can hear Sin speaking fluent jap to the person over the line. After she put down i ask her how is it..will the plane wait for us?? she say yes n the counter person asks which stop we are at at the moment to gauge whether we can make it or not before telling us we can make it. wa biang chua4 sai4 sia.

Finally can relax on the train w/o worrying that we will miss our flight!!!

Baoli n me 'chopped' one seat to ourself..bo bian..so many barang barang .

Sin told me a few stops before airport that she will carry all our passports n dashed to the counter to check in first while i help her pull her luggage.

I tell u, if it is not by God's grace, i wouldn't have make it cuz my luggage was bloody big n her bag is heavy. i was like pulling 2 luggages of dirrent weight up the escalator a bit disoriented so scared any moment my hand let go it will tumbled down n crush onto Baoli or Fei who were behind me = =

we reached the airport like 1010am. zzz. the express train took 1 freaky hr to reach airport.

Thank God We made it!! we were like running furiously fast towards our boarding gate when we saw the time on the wall indicating we still left 10mins before gate closed. damn it, if we dun take this 10min buy all the local delicacies back we would b left with alot YEN unused n nothing for our friends n families!!!! so we dashed back to a nearby airport shop n literally sweeped any biscuits box that comes to our sight. like those frenzied shopper who saw GREAT SALE on the signboard. it is really so extreme till the airport operator has to come to the shop n call us back to boarding gate along with other passengers(we were not the only one doing it la haha)

Wah, finally sia, we are on the plane, which means we surely will go home n not stay in the cold harsh street of Osaka for missing the plane.. =X so relieved n no more constipated face. >u<

As i was browsing thru the booklets shoved at the backseat,a catalogue's cover caught my eyes n i immediately took a pic of it. Later on i show it to Gerald, my wedding photographer cum fren n told him i wan exactly this feel. N we did the shot. i was happy with the turn out. even Celia said that my eyes are pretty!!! =DD lalala~~

But sadly, we had an unpleasant experience with this flight, A JAPANESE air stewardess n A air steward during our flight.

After the flight took off n came to the off belt position, we all are eager to use the remote control to watch some shows n keep us entertained. But, we realized there isn't interactive mode to select for our remote control. Usually the remote control consist of 3 main buttons: radio(FM), video(movie n recorded tv shows) n interactive(games n albums).

To our horror, the 2 other buttons are not functioning normally too. ended up we couldn't listen to any FM let alone albums cuz no interactive mode. we tried watching tv shows but as n when our screen will jump/interrupted n go back to the beginning of the show!!! or we tried viewing other channels n found out the recorded shows cannot b rewinded..if previous passenger watch till a certain point, we would have to continue watching from that point. IT IS SO MEANINGLESS! Sin tried to seek help from the air steward who is in charge of our aisle n he murmured something inaudible which Sin assumed he will get back to her but he didnt!! sin also realised the passenger in front of her asked him the same thing!!! tsk.

The JAPANESE air stewardess whom we all dun like served out aisle. ok la dat's y we know she sux n dislike her. When she was serving the drinks, Sin requested for hot green tea which is not a ready drink n required to be made at the pantry. so when de stewardess ignore her n went to the next passenger, Sin thinking that de stewardess didnt hear her, repeat where is her green tea n she attitude back at her saying have to wait. Cant she reply politely. Not as if we need de green tea NOW also. if she so agitated, y she choose to work in serving line. Serving line sux i noe, but she really not up to it.

The horror haven end, she managed to annoyed me. I was like whispering to this sucky stewardess checking when will the cake be served, she replied me impatiently,"Let me check." and started walking away. i quickly called her back n ask her i just need to know roughly when cuz i wan to sleep ma..if they are not serving soon. She liker aised her voice n her expression is like twisted," PLS give us some time to arrange n prepare." TOLD U her ang moh is lousy!! she dun get wat i mean. She nvr ans my qns. All she did is to attitude me! hello i dun deserve it ok.. I PAID for the flight. goodness. next time SIA got offer flights u guys better think twice. our flight to OSAKA is so pleasant ok!!! n she give me her best FAKEO smile acting to b polite n walk off to attend to other passengers. i believed i almost puked at her pretentious smile. PUI~!

Sin n Baoli were so angry that they wanted to write complaint letter. Aiya, told them save the energy la..y waste time/EQ on these not worth our attention ppl.

In conclusion, we all passengers are stuck on an old/lousy plane with lousy attitude stewardess/steward. zzz

Finally lunch is served n it saved our day n turned our mood slightly better.
Everyone select the japanese lunch. yea got my fav soba!! till then..we are still waiting for fei's bdae surprise. Baoli couldn't sleep well, sin as n when woke up with camera still holding in her hand. she didn't want to miss any moments.

Finally, the cake was like came after all food is served on plane n cleaned away from all the passengers' trays...we are so agonized by the exact time the cake would arrive that we dare not sleep..SQ, u should improve r communication with the customer. Stop hiring some japanese air stewardess to represent SIA. tsk. english not up to standard n still want attitude me. bloody.

Anyway the cake is pretty. But at first we thought the surprise would come like a proper surprise. Maybe cabin crew made their way from the front n sing bdae song till they reach fei's seat..but nvr. As we sat at the end of the plane, the LOCAL air stewardess whom i think is friendlier n polite, bring out the cake silently n pass it to fei. =((

HAHA..actually fei is very touched just that her kang kang face couldn't show it nia..afterwards she was like enjoying the cake all by herself.

When the plane is 20mins to touch down, i quickly pull out the wig from my bag to put it on.. reason: to con liam when he see me at arrival hall that i cut short my hair before wedding n made him emo lor. hahahaha.

This plan's amstermind is actually fei. She is so eager to see liam's emo face that she is so helpful to come up with the plan n helped me collected the wig also..gam xia ah fei. =D

Everyone got excited n started trying the wig.
If sin has thicker hair, she will look really good in short crops. too bad hers is thin n fine. so live with yr long n boring hair ba hahahah.

I think Baoli looks really cute in this bob wig!!! wah dunno if the wig owner huiping sees my blog will she kill me that so many ppl have worn her wig..for maybe 1 min only la hee..

After we alight the plane, i immediately went to toilet and re-adjust my wig so my real hair will be totally hidden inside it.

I'm all ready to fool dar dar haha..

But to my disappointment, he was late!!! i expected him to already reach the arrival hall and be shocked with my short hair!! Other than Yaoliang waiting for sin outside the glass panel, there isn't a sight of liam. i received a sms later saying he is running late. grrrrrrrrrr...spoilt my plan.

When he arrived, i shot him the disappointed/disgusted/pek chek look. But actually i very happy to see him. =X And i was totally satisfied when he said he really though it is my new hair n give de =___= look. HAHAH. i win. =X *even yaoliang thought it's my real hair when i came out of the exit...

Dar try to redeem himself by giving me the flowers...i found out afterwards that he wrapped it himself = = sin commented looked like CNY theme..red n yellow. zzz. well his fashion taste is outdated.

Dar looked like a rockstar!! beetles generation.

Or flintstone char??i cannot rmb..this char got such long mane that it covers its eyes. amusing sight heeee.

Still remember the moment i see him i was like so happy to the extent that i felt something is lost is recovered again feel..

ANyway AFter the trip i surveyed the rest of the girls. they don't really miss Osaka, so i guess we won't be gg back in our lifetime already. Save more moola for Europe/Middle East/Antartica trip!!!

Recent life...

Recently, dunno why I start to pick up the hobby of reading..reading a novel has not been always my fav things on my list, as i find it time consuming n mind sapping. I even have the paranoid thoughts of reading too much will made me wear specs!! ahaha..But i also have contradict thoughts of wanting to wear specs cuz i wan to look like a cool GEEK. HAHAHA..if best come with braces...it's an expensive fashion tag.

I tot, after i came back from mission trip, i will have more time n energy to channel into my wedding prep. But well, i sorta lose the momentum. sometimes i wonder, is it because liam is not with me? I feel kinda hollow. It's an agony to restart my motor again..or is it because i finish my photoshoot le so no more to look forward??

Met up with sin n fei on Monday to settle some bdae present..den on casual chit chat on MRT, Sin said something which strikes me. " You dun always wait till last min then anyhow make decision or choose something cuz u do not have the time already..n regret later.."

I regurgitate n think abt wat she says, definitely it makes sense. i also knew it myself but i always choose to avoid/ignore/escape. FInally God is letting me understand more about myself, not just understand, also to learn from my weakness n make it into a strength.

Like my self centeredness..everything about me me me. Like only I will think in this way. But, actually, alot of ppl went thru the same thought as me just that they nvr express openly. It sorta surprised me when this thought dawned upon me. Surely i won't suddenly open my mind or become more knowledgeable, it is God Who wants to speak to me. I prayed to HIM to lower the PRIDE in me..n HE did it in bits n pieces, so that i will not have a shock. haha.

Ya, i just realised i love to escape from prob!! or slight difficulties!! or even a mere challenge i will turn myself away! Liam's dad, liam's mum, recent job issue. When liam is not around me, i have to b independent, n have to learn to face it. Last time when i escape from it, Liam can settle. But now he is not around, im like the front line, facing all the issue which needs trouble shooting =(

Dealing with his parents (major project sia)
Paying credit card bills
Settling tenants little misunderstanding with his parents
doing administrative stuff for liam/liam sis/liam dad
Dealing with his temperamental computer
Fighting mould issues in his room

All these may sound stupid/lame/nothing to u..but these are the little hurdles me myself have to overcome in my life right now. it is time consuming, tedious, not pleasurable at all n mind boggling. These can b Satan's tools to dislike them more, but i view it as blessing in disguise. to mould me, shape me n use me when times to come...

Osaka 5th day - Shopping day!!

Finally, managed to vomit out/blogged 5th day in Osaka!! intended to do so before my mission trip but was really damn busy to the extent i have no time to sleep before my flight= =

We happened to come across this shop that is closing down and having everything almost at 50% off!!

This is the shop i bumped into a super attitude and arrogant cashier. As i dun understand jap, when i want to pay at the counter, i did not know i haf to place my money on the mini tray they place in front of us so i just placed on the counter top. she mentioned some words in jap and she knock the tray in front of me to gesture me to place the money in tray with the super bus song look.it was super rude and i was like, " wat duh??" no wonder your shop is closing la!! got this kind of shopkeeper. PISSED.

The weather is so freaky cold after the rain and we are still searching high n low for ADIDAS shop for Qilei. We are like so bue song that we couldn't find a single Adidas speciality shop when we are told there is in OSAKA. grrr...we deicde to ask for directions and finally found one. But to our horror it was closed!!! at 8pm!! and we were like dere ard 840pm. = =

As we saw the shopkeepers are still inside counting cash/closing counter, we were like waving to them. We were so touched they didn't decide to ignore us haha. The tall guy attend to us and we told them we are desperate to buy a pair of shoe for someone for her wedding. At first he requests us to come back tml but we told him we were flying off tml morn areadi!! no chance. so seeing us so kelian, he invited us into the shop n wait while he check if he has the shoe n color we want..

Although we cant get lei's best color, we got her 2nd best color..

Bye bye to Namba shopping streets as it is nearing 10pm and alot shops are closed. see the floor is still wet from rain.

We were like finding thigns to shop at this moment but couldn't find any..Baoli's legs area already aching n screaming in pain so we saw this Mister donut shop quickly scurry in and rest..while sin n fei shopped at Book Off(discounted 2nd hand book store plus CDS, VCDs...)

Wah, while waiting for Yufei to finish buying her books, Baoli waited in Mister donut shop n caught her in this poetic pose. lol.

Each of us whopped up a dozen of Mister donuts cuz it's closing n doing clearance. Each donut costs $1 only!!!! $10 for 12 donuts=X

rmb the 买东西吃东西 HK ad on TV? we are doing a version for Osaka version...

Wah shopping is always so tiring one....exhausted sia..

Something irritating n annoying thing happened when we came out of the train. Fei spilled her bags contents all over the floor when she alighting from mrt cuz she carry her bag upside down = =

Then something fell onto the mrt tracks!! Fei was like grumbling abt it n we asked her what is it. She said it was a pen. ok, we thought maybe some mont blanc or a gift from fren. Then sin peeped into the track n realised it was a G2 pilot pen!!! And the most horrifying thing was, she wants the MRT conductor to retrieve for her!!! we were deeply disgusted with her. Wa liew, uncle almost ignored her but give in to her maybe of her persistent request n watery eyes ba aahahahaha. k la, her reason is cuz she cannot bear to see the pen lying down dere w/o retrieving it. Wa biang Sin scolded her for being in comic world. Pen does not have a life ok!!! Baoli was like commenting maybe she hasn't grown up.

Me n baoli were like damn tired to scold her cuz dun wan get into quarrel so we quickly rush off to convenience store to buy bdae surprise cake for her..

As the clock strikes 12am, we give fei a bdae surprise at her hotel room.. Stupid Baoli at that time still bathing...(pls refer to video on fb) so me n sin have to rewind n come back later to re-knock on fei's door again..zzz

Fei said she didn't expect it =D yea~~ surprise is successful.

Osaka Day 4 - Universal Studio!!

Of all the days at Osaka, this is the day which i have been the most looking forward to!! Yes to the Universal Studio!!

Still remember that morn my mood was pretty bad. Because i kept asking fei wat time universal studio open and she say 10am but as we were walking past the outside of studio(fyi our hotel is very near universal studio, just 5 min walk) to Mac for breakfast, i already heard ppl screaming from the roller coaster ride. Looking at my watch it haven even strike 10am!! i was pretty furious because deep in my heart i do not want to waste any time esp when it comes to theme park cuz i kia su!! later cannot cover all the thrill rides then how?? lu1 gi1 sia! so was sort of angry with fei (she was like the navigator for that day so she has done earlier research on opening hours of the theme park) why she say 10am. arhhhhhhhhhh. but cannot blame her maybe the website not accurate or wat (anyway i just went the website again while blogging n found out they did state for the date we went it opens ealier which is 9am =.= n close at 7pm instead)

Sin knew i was pretty unhappy n throwing a tanthrum so she suggest we just ta pao mac n rush in the studio since we were late n i worried not enough time but i told her off. ahahha i very mean hor. Actuali i told her let me cool down first, if not i will utter rubbish which i will regret later cuz no matter how she is out of good intention n she LOVES me!!! ahaahah.

Aiya anyway later i reali simmer down le..read further haha.

Wah i must really thank GOD that we bought our tickets at hotel reception there. Our hotel specially caters to US(universal studio) visitors so they also offer tickets for hotel guests. the price is still the same but it help us to save alot of time!!! Look at the human queue behind us..there are like 6-8 rows of this length of queue behind us can!! freaky scary sia..

The first thing it came to our sight is the hat shop. N we spent almost 1 freaky hour exploring the shop can!! Everyone go gaga over the kawaii hats!!

so we only buy hair clips.

After satisfied with the selection of hair accessories, we continued with our exploring of US.

There are like number of push carts containing the plush toys station at all over US. So cute!

Finally we are watching our first show in 3D - The Terminator!!! hohoho.

Finally after queuing like for 45min, got our 3D specs to get into spiderman stimulator ride.. really hard to take grp pic inside the building while queuing cuz it's quite dark.

When i managed to capture everyone, all of them looked blurred except me. tsk.

I must say, the spiderman ride is the best!! it really potray spiderman as a SUPER DUPER HERO sia..like so cool!! n the ride is really amazing!!

After that we continue to explore the streets..

The streets are always filled with rows of cottage houses and cafe like in Mexico or New Zealand..

We continue with our queuing for the 3rd ride which is also a stimulator ride ~back to the future...

See it is freaky alot of ppl can!!! that is why we need like 1hr plus to get to us...

As we were waiting, got really bored and start taking pics. there is a point where sin n me found a place to sit, but actually the queue move quite fast so before we can warm the seat, we were already at the other part of the queue already..

Sin, like never learnt Baoli's lesson for bringing too small bag, ended up she bought alot stuff n souvenirs and OSMOSE tote bag saved her day. this tote bag is really handy ahah.

This tower is where Peter Pan will be swinging from place to place..Unfortunately, of all days in Osaka, it has to rain today!!! So sin's anticipated Peter Pan performance was cancelled. she really damn say. first is the geisha tea party now is the Peter Pan Show..it is really a pity!!((

There's even a noticeboard to inform the visitors which shows starting what time or postpone..for those who understand a bit of chinese character, you can see alot shows are cancelled, full house or not performing today. Damn lost form la.

Even those attractions like rides, alot either stop if heavy rain or things like dat. wah i more sian when i see this part of noticeboard cuz im not a show person, im a ride person!!!

Immediately after finish looking at board, it start to pour heavily!! shucks! didn't bring umbrella to theme park lor. who will bring??!

So the nearest place to hide from the rain is this shop called 'The Big Face' shop. Biang eh like specially named after me sia. Big face...zzz..

Inside this shop is full of sesame street plush toys..got Peiyi's fav elmo, my fav cookie monster and yaoliang's 'fav' big bird in baby form ahahaha. it ever flash thru my mind that i want to buy for him HAHHAHA.

So cute rite!! all the mini cookie monster n elmo sitting by the window..looking at their backview is amusing enough already!

Anyway they also selling waffles..so me n fei each grab one for the cold weather!!

See the tub of plush toys behind us?? that's how they display them..so ke ai lor..so many fo them ahaha..create that kind of impulse buy. luckily i dun buy that.

Mine is strawberry flavor...yummy!!! see the wrapper, so ke ai rite...

We spent like another half an hour inside this shop with sin n Baoli grabbing as much souvenirs as possible.

Finally the rain become smaller n we dun care already.continue with our journey!!

Sin, fei n baoli stopped by another souvenir shop where it sells the pink panther. so as i'm not interested to buy anything except food, i waited for them at a pinkish ice cream parlor beside the shop.

Sin/fei noticed that my leggings color blend into the chair i sit = =

As i was getting real bored, start to snap pictures of the opp street n happen to took this kid with his father..so stylish rite the father..the kid also looked hip hop!

Finally after much waiting, they managed to come out of the shop not forgetting me =(

As i was very thirsty, went in the parlor to get some hot drink.. Tala~~ the paper cup very nice rite??

But the drink was like freaky exp and it taste awful. it was some berry tea w/o sugar n it is real sour to max!! i only drank one sip n threw it away = =

Dunno y i still give a good sign. tsk.

these 2 random kia put a no good sign..just want to b opposite of us issit. no creativity leh. ahahah.

After the short rest at parlor, we were like deciding where to go next, i wanted to take the Holllywood dream ride aka roller coaster ride but fei n sin shook their heads violently to object.. Baoli seeing me so kelian decide to accompany me. But she keep asking wheather it is very scary, n i bluff her ok la, not really. wah i damn bad sia. i even threaten fei n sin to con her further by saying it's not really scary just dat they not interested to sit. =X (k la yest just sms baoi n confess to her about it n ask for forgiveness. ahha she nto angry at all. =D )

So ya, we were queueing waiting to get in. our pic is so bright as compared to earlier rides where our grp pic looked so gloomy cuz this queue is open door!! we almos turn into popcicles!! Actually one really funny incident happened while we were queuing. There is actually a canvas like shelter over our head but it has collected quite amount of rain water. thus when roller coaster pass by over our head, it create such a big vibration to the canvas shelter that it shook violently n the water just splashed onto this japanese guy. he drank a big mouthful of the water cuz he was actually opening his mouth to talk to his friends!!!! his friends couldn't stop luffing n i totaly witness the incident. wah he damn suay sia.

Actually when we sit on the ride, more funny things happen. cuz i was like in my heart, oh gosh this ride is the most scary..dunno later Baoli will faint or not.
Then some more the seat is like those Daytona Car ride in arcade, got 2 speaker with music facing your ears, and it's not playing those scary music instead it is playing some ayumi hamasaki kawaii song. Such an irony!!!

So when the ride starts, Baoli couldn't stop screaming. even when we are going up slope, she is like screaming like nobody business, and when we are just moving horizontally she also screaming.. i was like turning towards her in amusement. for me i also scared but i can't scream at all, cuz the air is too cold n cold wind is blowing against u..i can't even breathe liao let alone screaming = =

after the ride i ask her she ok ma...ahhahah she say she very scared so keep screaming. wah i felt damn guilty so quickly distract her by askin her to go buy the long choco stick that we see other ppl chewing while queueing...

This long choco stick $7 lor!!! exp sia n the taste so-so only. tsk.

While we were queueing, fei n sin went to the hello kitty shop...

By that time, it is nearing evening~~ sky starts to get dark...

After much shopping we went to Takoyaki museum on 2nd floor...

As we couldn't decide whether we should go the the hot spring which we planned earlier, baoli decide to buy some takoyaki to fill her hungry stomach. LOL

so hot....

After much contemplation, we decide not to go hot spring. the reason is it's kinda inaccessible. need walk 5min to another hotel to take a 20min shuttle bus..wa if we lost the way or miss the shuttle bus timing how..den we will b stuck in middle of nowhere..too risky and it's quite late which is 7plus so we just forgo the idea..=(

So we settled down at a ramen shop again to have our dinner.

Before I sleep, I was like snacking again. haha. This time is like green tea pudding. poisionous neo-green color again.

Osaka 3rd day

Today, there are 2 places on our itinerary we must go!!

The national park where there will be plenty of flowers to look at and Osaka castle~~!

AFter rotting for some time, we proceed to the train station.

At the train station, fei and the mrt mascot, a duckie.. so cute hor..some more it got a sling coin pouch.

while waiting for our train, this train to Universal STudio arrives..Spiderman, wenqing laoshi fav!

haiyo baoli so unglam!! lol.

We were walking from cabin to cabin to find seats and took a pic of sin in the connectors where there are 2 doors that u have to push open to get from one cabin to another. so she was being 'tapped between the 2 doors haha.

In the end we give up n stand by the door..

fei like an emo kia. but she looked so dreamy in japnese context. in spore her emo behavior wil b detest by ppl. like dreamy for wat. wake up leh. haha.

Finali we got seats of 4!!

Baoli really kena suan by me. she tot that day no need bring alot stuff so she brought a small bag to minimize weight. I told her u stupid girl, big bag is good!! sometime when u dun feel like wearin yr hat/ear muffles/gloves u can just shove it into your bag n no need hold in hand.

Ended up she bot some stuff along the way n have to borrow fei/sin Osmose tote bag to put her smaller bag among with her purchases. = =

Purchasing tickets..ahha baoli color theme blend into the machine.

Inside the train saw this poster, They suan me, say i not as pretty as her. Oi. at least my psoe 100% like her lor.

As we need to change train at the interchange station, we came across Mister donut shop!!! was very excited n i keep nagging i must eat it if not i will have regrets, ahaha.

i got myself a strawberry n choco flavor.

wah...there is still a layer of chewy choco inside the donut..yummy~~

We continue with our journey after the donut break.

When we came out of the mrt, saw this cute wall picture. so i made the 3 of them pose as the girl in the pic. sin nf ei got it. oni baoli, she tot i askin her to pose as the mini ponyo creature. = =

finali 3 of them got it right. this scene was seen by the mrt station conductor a ah pek, he cannot stop giggling at one side.

When we came out of the station, all we see is clear sky, peacefulness n human-less. guess at this time of the day only old ppl like us would b gg to a park. lol.

Finali we saw some flowers!! like really very little.

When we saw windmill from a far distance we were like screaming with excitement.. Then i start to think of optical illusion pic..

Finali we reached the windmill. i have to say, this windmill is a saving grace. if not i will find the park a great disappointment. wat flowers blooming throughout 4 seasons. con man lor the website.

I suggest to do some photos with motion. which is, turn yr head from windmill n face camera. result: natural n flowing hair. not bad hor.

Sin also did my suddenly turn the head to face camera tactic. see it was taken so naturally n pretty rite..like got wind blowing against her face n hair. out of everyone i like her best.

Fei always has to crack brain so she won't kena say she copy my pose pic..k la she got her own style. good.

Baoli is too shy to take cranky pic so she just pose properly.

I was like forcing one by one of them to do jump pose with me whenever i go haha. i like photo with moment captured. fei was like no legs.

While they are still cam whoring with the windmill, i got bored n start to take pic of myself. suddenly i was like 1, 2 then the moment i count 3 i will lift up one of my leg n bounce a bit with super wide smile. fei saw it n she couldn't stop luffing. follow by sin n baoli. wa liew..model also tk pic in this way one wat. they only give their best expression in split sec.

We are like 2 aunties nothing to do on a lazy afternoon..

Wow, 4 poodles on the leash at one go. As we do not want to b offensive, we ask the owners for permision before we take pic. but we regretted cuz the poodles start to fidget and the owners tried to b nice by forcing their poodles to look in our direction. kind of waste their time n our time cuz we took a long time n still cant get all the poodles to look at us.

As we are heading out of park, ran into a couple of dogs..

It is too shy to come out even when the owner trying to pull it out. if pipi already dashed out n all over the place.

And then we had lunch at a ramen house. again. ramen. haha. Then we proceed to take train to Osaka castle.

Saw these 3 cats cuddly together when we came out of the station..but i wonder y the cats' eyes so small. Spore de so round n bright..over at Osaka the breed like very different. got the 'japanese' single eyelid look. haha.

Dunno y the cats always ignore sin especially sin is super crazy over cats..

We are finally 'starting' to walk in the direction of the castle. ALong the way we saw different shapes n sizes trees n bushes.

Wa saw this cat vomiting blood from its mouth..at first we were wondering wat happen..

Then not from far lie another black cat..it looked like it just had a fight with the earlier cat. but it never vomit blood. so maybe this stronger.
It looked like a bear to me lor = = Asked sin to rescue it she like also scared. = =

Saw this funny cat..its four legs are like hidden tight tight under its body.. n it's constant shivering..maybe it is trying to minimise its surface area exposed to cold air ba..ahha.

They want me do the random cranky pose n smile again. but it always turned out nice. HAHA.

On way up the flight of stairs to castle, saw this sign .

When we reach the top, saw this cat having its meal. it was pretty caution, the moment we get one cm closer, it will scurry away into the bush behind us, but when we back by few cm, it will pop out of bush again. it did it for a few times cuz we all are kind of fidgetive..ahha damn ke lian sia..can't have a piece of mind enjoying its meal. =X

For a split sec i tot it's real... so ke ai. usually in spore it will b real pigeons sitting on it waiting for ppl to feed it. those reali big n well fed ones. =X

After a long walk from mrt station..n constant stop to observe cats, cam-whoring, finally we reached the famous Osaka castle!!! we nearly cannot make it. cuz last admission is 430pm and we reach like 405pm..ahha n before that i still nag i wan eat ice cream before we go in. wah scarly cuz of me all of us cannot enter i b damn guilty. =X

At the grand entrance!!

The moment we entered the castle, we feel kind of conned. it was a museum!! not wat we are expecting!! old artifacts or structure. tsk. blame it on ourselves for being assuming without doin research. oh i hate museum. Unless u r askin me to go see dead sea scrolls or Egypt artifacts. war stuff. nah not interested.

This display reminds me of night at the museum. AT night when everything comes to life. HAH.

As i was strolling aimlessly in the castle, not understanding a single word of japanese, stumbled upon this animation screen..at least there are subtitles in a language i understand..like finally. this castle is totally not tourist friendly.

I was pretty impressed that they have 2 tv screen just to contain 4 different language. English, chinese, korean n jap. power. but i kinda bored by history stuff so i stare at the screen for 5mins n gave up.

We also went to the viewing level~ but the view not very appealing also...nothing much to take pic. at elast tokyo tower can take night scenery of Tokyo. but nevertheless i take a few pics la..

The river used to b very useful last time..to prevent non-swimmers assasin from entering the castle. i guess.

there are actuali wired gauze that prevent ppl from falling off accidentally or intentionally. haha.

HAHA..saw this cute little sign when i went indoors..a bit too late if im wearing hat just now. =p

AFter we about to leave the castle as it'd nearing closing time n there's constant annoucement to 'evacuate' the castle soon..so when we about to go out of exit, we bump into a mini gallery.

But i was quite puzzled why is there a world peace gallery there? hmm issit becuz castle last time alot war, so they sort of promoting citizens to thrive for a better world?? haha.

There are plenty of art works..but only took a few i really like de..

Before we depart from the castle, fei n baoli went to the stamp station to get some stamp for memberence. sort of the been dere done dat evidence. haha.

Stamps from Osaka castle as memberence. Usually i dun care cuz i will lose the paper eventually. i rather buy a keychain more meaningful leh. ahha.

After we came out of the castle, i was grumbling if the ice cream parlor is closed i would b very disppointed la..y we didnt eat before we go in blah blah blah. i think baoli pacify me by telling me they wont close so early while sin n fei can't b bothered by me. Baoli u so nice T_T

n yipee~~! one parlor still opens! so i was like dashing towards it! n we all got our ice cream!!! fulfill my dream of eating ice cream in winter like weather. reali chill cold sia.

oooooOOooo.

yum yum. *actually the green tea taste like not dere. either my taste bud frozen from the weather or i too used to spore green tea ice cream le..super thick the taste. =(

Sin - choco

Baoli - vanilla n green tea

As me n sin (i forgot where is fei at that moment, cannot recall. anyway..) were trying to get out of osaka castle area fast as it was drizzling, suddenly a dog passed by with its owner n 'ka jiao' sin..it seemed to like sin but ended up is me who want take pic with it..

I remember when i held the dog up, it smells good!! not when i held pipi up, it smells of nothing but perspiration. eeew. haha.

After we bid the dog owner n the dog good bye, we realise our Baoli is missing. OMGOSH. all along we didnt realise her she's missing when we were busy playing with the dog *palms to forehead.

Later we managed to locate her. SHe has walked so fast until she didn't care if we still behind. Partly she pek chek why we walked so slow. ahhahaha.

Finally we reached town from Osaka castle..all these biggie shopping centre can forget about entering n shopped inside. freaky exp can.

After the whole day of visitation of parks n castle, it's time to have dinner..however we decide to venture ourself out to a food street famous for local food but i made a fool out of myself. the food area is called 梅田something, so when i saw a building semi covered with its sign 梅田 i tot that will be the correct direction if we walk towards that building direction (which seem like 20-30min walking direction).

Ended up, it is not the 梅田 area we are heading so we give up. sin's legs are breaking into pieces from whole day of high heel boots. Baoli is very tired and she was quite pek chek.

So we quickly turned back mrt station n find a place to settle down for dinner. But finding a place to dine is a headache also. someone says dun wan ramen too much ramen le k fine. another says dun wan sandwich a bit lame for dinner ok... we keep walking rounds in mrt, unable to settle down. Partly is cuz we are shopping also. ahahah.

Finali we dun care le just go to a ramen shop n eat anything it offers. All of us are damn tired till legs aching, muscle aching n low energy..Baoli force herself to smile at the camera n got the sparstic smile on her face.

AFter she forced a smile..see her eyes are so tired. lol.

She suddenly become energetic again when her food is served. =X

Finally my soba came. I am a happy girl now =)

Seriously, day 3 is a no brainer day. go park la..cam whore. go castle la cam whore again. pretty relax! I Was really a brilliant plan to come up with the photographer schedule. each person in charge of each day, n realise that fei n baoli got alot of potential to take good pics. dun say me n sin la, we got camera so we are forever taking pics. I am glad that at least not full 6 days i taking pics liao = =

It was still a tiring day cuz this is the day we did the most excercise!! walked alot! the park is freaky big can. the journey from mrt station to the castle also freaky far. can u see we got so many unrelated castle pic before we even reach the castle? lol. dat's y!!!

Osaka-Kyoto 2nd day

*Anyway fei n sin said that i really cannot make it..only mentioned myself not feeling well. But halo i only say i blocked nose not 'sick'. tsk. Maybe i should explain, fei was actually sick on 1st day of trip, but she was recovering on day 2 which is good. so she can enjoy the trip with us le~~ But our sin sin was pretty sick on day 2 morning..she la..drink the vitamin c efferversence with empty stomach. told her eat some bread before drinking it but she stubborn..after that i think too gassy, her stomach got bloated n she wanted to vomit..n she did in the end. glad that she vomit out if not she won't b able to enjoy the rest of the day trip le.. =(

AT hotel lobby:i start off my new day with blocked nose n unglam pic. tsk. i was trying hard not to sneeze.

Actually was waiting for sin fei n baoli to finsih writing notes to hang on the V day deco..

Then i ta boleh tahan n went to write a note of my own...

Before we proceed to the train station, we took a pic with our hotel logo. it's so freaky big can!!

off to kyoto~~ see the signs..haiz..no matter how hard i try to understand..it still looks confusing..so many possibilities!

Our 2 masters of navigation..that day think we kinda lost form..cuz there is a shorter route but dunno y sin overlook that n made us take a so much longer route like 10 plus 20 stops..instead of the shorter one maybe less than 8 stops?? but we tell ourselves take time to enjoy scenery on train lor..better than come out of train n change train. lazy also ahahah..n cold!!! inside train warm cuz got heater. =D

the wind is so damn cold i can't breathe normally with my 2 nostrils..i need a heat pad to filter the cold air. =_=

Tieing the two ropes to my neck is a good suggestion to provide additional warmth for me.

thanks to yan for exaggerating that Kyoto may snow cuz it's even colder than Osaka so i panic n wore alot of clothings.. also partly becuz of fei's puffy jacket. but super useful leh reali can trap heat. n i got a nickname for being this round shape 哈尔滨小孩.. it's a kid in one of the place in china where it's freaky cold n the kids all dressed till round round like me. =(

They wan to take a side profile of me to see how round i am..with so many layers of clothing..

The ride is so bloody long that sin cannot take it le..since i so cushiony n fluffy, i'll make a good pillow for her =(

Sleeping on priority seats.. ahaha..see the way they indicate priority seat..got logos of old ppl, handicapped ppl, pregnant ppl de leh. ahahah.

AFter we alight at kyoto station, we went to one of the ramen shop in the station for lunch..

Finali we reach Kyoto street~~ wah y temple has to be red red or bright orange color de...like no difference from spore or china temples...

so nice hor...their shophouses...so vintage...

After we alight from the bus, we couldn't find the Geisha centre, so we ask a passerby with her cute son..sin busy navigating the direction while i took a pic of myself with the kid ahaha..so much for being helpful.

After searching high n low, finali we reach the tea party place!! where we will meet the real geisha n tea appreciation time with them!! But as we reach at 310pm, the 3pm slot already started so we have to wait till the 4pm slot...

Since we missed the 3pm slot, we decide to go the a nearby cafe n have tea break n kill time.

Finali my green tea puff came..wah..see the cream..super bright neon green!! looks poisonous though ahah..even my drink is green tea. aiya i green tea freak.

My green tea latte is filled with foam and im sipping the foam happily. tasted milky. yum yum.

After our tea break at the puffs n cakes cafe, we happily proceed back to the geisha centre but was shocked to know that the party is full!!! Later sin found out there are limtied seats and we need buy in advance. she was very angry that earlier y did the counter boy never pre empt her when we were early. haiz...too bad...lousy day.actuali we also saw some disappointed faces after us..hahah..so we felt balanced abit. baoli still hurray say yea can save 500yen from the tea party. = =

I think sin reali sian diao cuz she dun get to see the authentic geisha...i promise her i have a tea party with her at hotel tonite..i dun mind 'sacrifice' myself with red lips and bedsheet as geisha costume..to make her happy. but seems like she fully horrified by the idea.

As we were leaving the kyoto street to proceed to the shrine, saw some funny weird n beautiful sight..

like this funny doll tie and hang on the lamp. kind of weird..dunno is it functioning as voodoo doll?/ =X

We were waiting for bus at a bus stop to the shrine when i suddenly took notice of a cafe entrance by the side..wah..like walking into a forest..breathtaking sia..after we took the photo we quickly zhao4 cuz we not gg the cafe. =x

As we were making our way up to the famous shrine, we saw this trishaw man making his way down the slope..som more young chap lor..usually u see trishaw in spore usually ride by ah pek or those uncle with loud n ching chong music. =x

They have cute cafe like these every few shops. i think japanese reali enjoy cafe-ing..their life reali relax hor. we enjoying kopi-ing..so we alot kopitiam. = =

Saw this cute 3 little pigs figurine on display as we are struggling up the slope to the shrine...rock n roll style .

wa biang..y does shrine/temple has to be on top of some hills or mountain de..by the time we reach the top we are so damn tired sia..som more has to climb stairs...

See, we made it before sunset..ahahah..cuz we were busy shopping along the streets while on the way up hill to the shrine...chio hor..i mean the sunset. =X

Nor...the streets lor. how can we dun shop while we on our way up. so happening!!! ahah.

When we enter any temple or scared place, usually we have to wash our hands, face mouth n feet with this 'sacred water'.budden it was winter time, biang eh..wash my feet with cold water. no way. i dun wan turn into a popcicle!!

Then we came to this wooden bridge which i suggest to do my fav jumping pose!! But, as baoli sin n fei worry that we may break the bridge or cause vibrations to the bridge, they warn us to jump lightly. biang eh..how to jump lightly. they try la! sin can cuz she is light. duhs.

Finally when we both manage to jump in synchronization with the snap of camera, it looks as though we are being 'zapped' away by aliens...

I think i ask them to take a pic of me with the structure ended up they took such a close shot of meee..wat's their prob.

Saw this sign, deliberate do this action. i can still remember baoli kept laughing away. AM i so funny?

We can just stop at any part of the shrine and post for pics and yet our pic will still turn out pretty.. like winter sonata scene. With the withered trees and cold air...It just add mood to the pic.

Actually we bumped into a group of men(not boys i mean those late 20s working men to lates 30s plus their leader i think is their boss maybe 50 plus) like came up to us n start talkin to us. actuali is only the boss talking to us, ask us where we from, how we noe about here n occasionally crack some japanese jokes which me n baoli dun understand n fei n sin catch no ball even though they 2 learn jap. so was pretty frozen atmosphere with the already cold weather..= =

After we tot we bid them goodbye, we bump into them again while exploring other parts of the shrine. they reali everywhere. this time the boss is the one who talk again, so i smile all the way to b friendly..then he saw my camera screen got a big 'hole' n ask me y liddat..although i dun understand jap i roughly noe he was askin about that. if i can speak jap, i would have told him it is an eclipse on my cam screen =X aiya my camera screen lcd crack le,,so cannot display image at that portion.
They seemed friendly so i dun mind entertaining them but fei n sin were quite freak out by them cuz they keep targeting us to talk. although only the boss talk la. After this trip i shared with liam that got japan guys flirt with us he say given this scenario it seems like those notorious rape gang go aroudn looking for preys..how they work is usually they will target one girl out of the group n tell her friends she went back hotel so the girl will follow the guys some where..then they will drugged her n gang rape her. i was like... fine watever. be careful lor.

After finish exploring the shrine i decide to do my fav jump pose before we left..unfortuantely it is nearing the evening not much lights and we are trying to 'escape' from that group of men thus we hurried snap a pic and zhao4 already.

finali we found a place to have our dinner!! House of omelette and curry rice..salivating... okay the ice water is foc at least. we are sitting at smoking area actually..it was quite weird cuz we are in restuarant, an enclosed area..coolz.

Enjoying my omelette curry rice...although it cost over 980yen ($15) but i am too hungry to care..can u imagine??we keep walkin around in the mrt mall to find a place to eat..either too costly or dun suit this person or that person taste..

Alot of people wonder..how did the veil get into such an artistic position..guess=D

anyway who says that must sleep early so u ahve radiant skin the next day for your photoshoot. bullshit..if your skin is no good..then u must start taking care looong time ago not last min.. if your skin is good, one day of late sleep wont kill u.. and ya i am braggin about my skin..ahahaha cuz i slept at wee 3 hrs!!! cuz still rushing last min preparation after our video shoot the night before= =

Our 1st and formal outfit: simplicity added with a tinge of sophiscated-ness muahaha. with stunning red lips n ghostly red nails. I love it. Dar is having fun doing sparstic expression

My 2nd outfit : the cutesy and overdose of sugar endeavour by Dar Dar. He wants the super sweetie Yang Chen Lin look = = This is the best i can give. nah. the courtesy of qilei to lend me her hair extension which she will also b using for her wedding...thanks dear..i reali saved alot..n it makes me so chio...*shy.

Everyone must wonder why so few photos?? because firstly, i should not spoil the element of surprise on my wedding day. But since myself couldn't contain the excitement, i have already break my own rules n upload a few pics on facebook n my blog as sneak preview..keep u guys hung in mid air so u guys will be eager to come n witness my happy occassion ma. rite?? hahaha.

I tried to find a church venue that is convenient for all to travel to after work cuz my wedding is on a friday evening~~see i so considerate. my wedding still think of you guys convenience.

Celia: my hair stylist and image consultant for liam... i simply impressed with the SIA hair she did for me for formal look. it completes with red lips. And bravo, for running around with me for whole day!

Ben: my all time easily giggled makeup artist. He took up my assignment because he is excited that he finally got to do red lips for bride. And he is very nice to run around with us for almost our whole photoshoot. gam xia..usually makeup artist zhao4 after their job is done. but u gone extra mile dear..dunno u will read la..but if qilei reads it she will share with u de heehee...

Ray: our love story video director !! He came to join us after his gym lesson n yes he is my muay thai instructor and initially he invites me to act in his ghost flick for free and in exchange do me a wedding video(our love story) in return of favor..another guys who went extra mile to shoot william n me these few weeks. thank u for your invaluable time n patient to our sparstic expression during recording. =x

Liam and I are very fortunate and blessed to have this team during our photoshoot day..and we are proud to share that nobody's wedding photoshoot has so many friends around..like a major production. you guys make us like super star for that day!! Although, i am down with heavy menses as it is my 2nd day. But i am not moody or tired at all. Rather opposite, i am on estacy high!! Liam almost lost his wallet but found out that he left in a secret comparment of kevin's car...we are really thankful that despite for all these events taking place, our mood is not spoilt at all. =)

I know all these blessings are from you Lord=) we are truly amazed at your abundant blessings....i noe our 29th oct is for you Lord. To show yr Greatness and 慈爱！

My +ve ion has gone back Cambodia.

So glad to have the rest to see him off too~~ so i dun feel so lonely after he depart=((

Stupid +ve ion leave his -ve ion in Spore. =(

3th March Wed morning, just see my dar dar off. At first tot I will not be able to see him off cuz my boss need me to work on that dat..she even called me the day before to tell me they have not enough manpower so have to b understanding. But in the end God can see i am DYING to see dar dar off, and He opens a way for me. =)

Thus in the end i got to take half day leave. But really have to thanks to my understanding colleagues and boss by shifting the set up store schedules so i am spared.

After hugging him goodbye at the departure hall, he did not turned back. To be frank, i was kind of disappointed and sad. But i know he was kind of rush cuz he was already running out of time to board the plane as he spent extra time with us at lunch. Thinking that he has gone, i walked back to Ah Seng they all, holding back my tears T_T Then dar dar called me and say he suddenly realised he forgot to turn back and wave me goodbye so he rushed back but this time he saw my diminishing backview. Tsk. We really best couple. Arhhhh.

After bidding goodbye to Ah Seng as i'm also rushing to work, I start to get more n more emotional. But i tried to fight back my tears cuz it's stupid to cry when u are alone and there are so many strangers around.

But, when i was in the mrt, waiting for it to depart from Changi airport station, i start to think back the 3 weeks we had together, although hectic, but i really cherish it ALOT. Then tears just auto rolled down onto my cheeks. A auntie sitting beside me keep turning to look at me. Sian. I wish i am in a invisible cloak so nobody will see me. urghhh.

God truly bless our 3 weeks together. Below are a series of super time consuming and energy exhausting tasks he has to do:

-Met up with our photographer Gerald and completed our photoshoot
-Met up with our videographer Ray and shoot most of dar dar's scene..for your info we are doing a love story clip to be shown on wedding day so must come!!
-Settled my gown and his suit
-Met up with sin n rest to discuss about wedding budget
-DIscussed and Applied HDB, pending...
-Scout a number of churches, pending...
-Dar spent invaluable time with his parents and Grandma=)
-Dar fix toilet spoilt lock n bought fan for me
-Dar did his invaluable sharing of his Cambodia stay with friends and church
-We met up with lei n Kevin n discussed about financials, housing n wedding

Without God's blessing of good health, timing and good coordination, all these will not be done. Nothing is impossible with God =D

Osaka Trip Day 1 - Osaka

Hello peeps, finally i have time to sit down sort out thousand of photos and then pick out those bloggable to blog about my Osaka trip with my babes. I reali enjoyed the trip, not because i went to Osaka, but because of the girls' company i find the trip worthwhile=)

Before i go, alot ppl warn me abt the weather. n i admit i got a bit worried. cuz i don't trust my nose. keeping my fingers crossed.

Frankly i find it no different from my tokyo trip with dar dar in 2008. Japan looked the same everywhere. Unless, u go to their more rural areas.

Hopefully i get to blog all the days(day 1 to day 6) in Osaka. scarly only blog day 1 den no more time. ops. haha. so for those who are following my blog, my blog entries may not flow..so pls scroll down to day 1 follow by day 2. ok? gam xia!!

i find this pic quite cute..but we actuali took some time to perfect the shot. damn embarrasing..alot ppl stay at this 4 weirdos like nvr see telephone booth before issit.. = =

After rotting for sometime, finally we are on plane..we are actually on SQ plane k!! haha..we reali saved alot. it cost around 700plus for return trip cuz we booked way before hand..during H1N1 period. if not now u want fly SQ to Osaka it will cost u 1000 plus.

I love to take pic of the scenery outside the plane when it is 20min from landing..when u can see all the landscape and sea..it was exhilarating. while other passengers might be dozing off or can't b bothered. but i always told myself to take pic tog with aeroplane wings if not nobody knows i take from plane. =X

we reached Osaka! At Osaka Kansai airport..we start to load ourselves with more layer of clothings, gloves, shawl, heat pads. yes heat pads all over my body. my feet have 2, body have 2, and 2 in pockets. my body is retailating against the coldness. my nose keep dripping non stop. ahah.

What im holding is actually a heat pad. how i wish i can paste one on my nose n move around. it is really difficult to breathe with cold n chilly wind blowing against my nose. tsk.

After we dropped our luggage at hotel reception. And off we went, for shopping~~didn't take much pics cuz we are pretty tired from flight and fei is sick n lost form..
we came across this mannequin display of family suits. Damn cool and smart looking can. in Japan if u wear liddat it is normal. in spore when u wear in this way, you are rich. haha.

After shopped and walked aimlessly to kill time before check in, finally we reach our hotel!! Hotel Universal Port. Look so-so rite? wait till u see the below pics of our hotel room. We really got a good deal for $70 /pax. Thanks to sin who grab the offer online. earlier i'm still worrying about beg bugs. lol!

As we enter the lift, we are baffled by the lightings...it was dark mysterious blue~~~

See the displaying of the toileries..so appealing looking. the blue fish like stuff is actually a compressed sponge =D

Sin is very amused with the pyjamas size..it feels super comfy, must be the material~~

Wao, we have a sofa too~~ and the view leads to universal studio!! but we can't see much and we can't b bothered cuz we are so busy the following days!

we are already cam whoring cuz there's this freaky big wall mirror in our room!! haha!!

After roaming around Osaka in afternoon, Sin suggests we take a nap before dinner so we have more energy.

I'm all ready. bish.....

As fei is sick, we decided to tabao and dine in with her if not she lonely=)

with the coutesy of baoli n sin, we have a delicious dinner which is curry rice!! The packaging makes the food looks yummy can!! unfortunately Baoli does not eat beef and mostly all curry contains essence of beef she couldn't consume the curry. it was a pity. =X

After dinner, our sick cat Fei went to sleep while the 3 of us went out. We do not want to waste any time since we are still awake! But as it was quite late we can oni shop at the shopping arcade near our hotel and came across a few nice displays..

Dunno why i always get very excited when i see robots..i always dreamt to have one displayed at my home. damn cool can.

We shopped around and came across this vintage shop selling all those past fav cartoon characters stuff, range from smiffy to Simpsons..yes simpsons!! dar's fav!

Wao, they had this mega display of the monster plush toy from Monster Inc!! i super dig it!!

龙猫arhhh..my fav..there's a shop selling all its stuff..but freaky exp..i see open liao. maybe i shud steal this board home. haha.

We walked around and went into their game arcade to 'kiap' some soft toys..bumped into the multi color elmos...eeeeww..Baoli still tink it's cute..wat do u think peiyi?

It was so bloodily cold at night that i decided to buy 'oden' aka niang toufu at their mini mart called Lawson in other words, 7-11 for S'pore. It realli helps to warm up our chilled body. see~~ i was so touched by the yummy taste of Oden..

This is the shopping arcade, 5min walk from our hotel..specially caters to visitors to Universal Studio.

Sin says our hotel must b reali rich. every floor they have a mini jellyfish aquarium. see the jelly fish taken without flash..blurred!!

The supposedly pink jellyfish taken under flash, becomes red. eeeew, my fren commented look like condoms = =

The hibernating jelly fish which resembles our feifei at the moment who is dozing off in the hotel room. gosh weird, they look transparent under camera flash.

Bot my Day 2 breakfast. so yummy rite? the delicious looking orange juice and the salivating looking choco bun~~

The 梅酒which i have been wanted to try..always tot it looks great on tv should taste great but i am wrong. i indeed don't like the taste of alcohol. eirks. in the end i pour it away into the sink.

That ended my day 1 in Osaka.
